A Paradoxical Apology and an Arrest.

First, Kevin Alfred Strom, head of the National Vanguard, has been arrested on a CP charge. Screenshot of Hal's site with his take.

Second, Hal's apology to Blacks, compiled in .rtf format, since the site is still inaccessable. It's a Megaupload file, hopefully it shouldn't be much of a problem. As a strage follow-up to that, here's a screencap of his apology preceding a condemnation of the Jews. Hal's information comes from this site, YNETnews. It kind of boggles the mind that he can "pardon and forgive" one race, yet still completely bash another.

wow, look what he posted on his website:
HOW THEY SET-UP KEVIN ALFRED STROM:
IT CAN HAPPEN TO EVERY ONE OF US; UNLESS YOU PROTECT YOURSELF
STROM WAS SENT AN E-MAIL CONTANING CHILD PORN WHICH HE DELETED. . . . .

But the deleted file remained on his hard drive by virtue of how Windows operates!

When any file is brought onto your computer, from e-mail to images to downloaded audio, the file is written to your disk drive.

The disk drive is divided up into "clusters" each of which has an address. The address is written into something called a File Allocation Table (FAT)so the computer can find the file when you need it.

When you delete a file, the only thing Windows does is change the file allocation table to tell itself that those clusters are now free to be written on again. The stuff that was originally put there, REMAINS THERE until it is physically over written by another file, which may or may not ever happen!!!!!

People who want to frame you for arrest, can intentionally send e-mails containing child porn. You naturally delete those e-mails, but the damage is already done. The images remain on the hard drive unless you use a disk-wiping utility like: Evidence Elminator.

and then the evidence eliminator advertisment follows. it looks like he's desperate for sponsors, right?

Seems like it. The shitty thing about this is most of his supporters have little to crap knowledge about computers, aside from the ones DDoS'ing, and even then they had to take the idea from /i/.

i must ask you a question - is that mail fraud (read: sending him free shipping boxes) something that serious, or is he lying and splurting drama all over the place, as he does with everything he says? what do you think about that?

sending him free shipping boxes

It's really just annoying. Hal is stirring up plenty of drama, considering that it's being sent to his house IRL. Also, if it's being sent with a No Return Address label, it's harder to track the sender and would require legal inquiry, natch. At this point, if all that's being sent is just free things, then that's fine, no worries. Hal can piss and moan all he likes, but until he gets an actual address and name for a sent item, he can't do a thing about it.
