Lines about proxies and TOR are, as always, bullshit.
I'm not sure if he can actually request information be released about the proxies and Tor. It seems somewhat like overstepping his boundaries.
Also, how quickly does a subpoena go through? He's throwing around the word as though he can get people van'd in an instant.
